PART 4: Deposit
To figure out the deposit amount, multiply the number of pounds of fiber that you are sending by 20. For
example if you are sending 10 pounds: 10 pounds x 20 = $200 deposit Your DEPOSIT: _________
NOTE: THE 50% DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PUT INTO THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
State of Maine residents please add 5% sales tax to total order amount.
Fiber must be a minimum of 2 inches and a maximum of 6 inchesin length. Fiber that we cannot process will be shipped back to you at your expense. Minimum Order: 3 Pounds (runs less than 3
pounds will be charged at the 3 pound rate). All orders not paid for in 30 days become the property of Flaggy Meadow Fiber Works.
